Who am I buying from?

Products are sold by independent sellers operating storefronts on KLiK AFRiKA. The seller responsible for a product is displayed on the product listing.

Do I need an account to shop?

You can browse products without an account. Guest checkout is available; you can also purchase without creating an account. Creating an account makes it easier to view and manage your orders.

Can I buy products from more than one seller?

Yes. Because KLiK AFRiKA is a multi-vendor marketplace, your basket may contain products from different sellers.

Are the products made in Africa?

KLiK AFRiKA is focused on authentic African products and African businesses. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate information about their products, and listings are subject to marketplace standards.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs depend on factors such as the seller, delivery destination, product and shipment weight. Available shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Do you deliver internationally?

KLiK AFRiKA is being built to support both local and international customers. Available delivery destinations and shipping options depend on the individual seller and the products being ordered.

Will products from different sellers arrive together?

No. Individual sellers are responsible for fulfilling their orders, so products purchased from different stores may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times.

How do I return a product?

Return eligibility depends on the product and circumstances of the purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy for the applicable process and conditions.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

Contact us through the Contact KLiK AFRiKA page with your order number and details of the problem so that the issue can be investigated.

Who can become a seller?

KLiK AFRiKA welcomes eligible African entrepreneurs, artisans, designers, makers, crafters and independent businesses offering suitable products for the marketplace.

Do I need my own website?

No. Your KLiK AFRiKA membership provides you with a storefront within the marketplace.

Can I manage my store from my phone?

Yes. Your seller dashboard can be accessed through your phone’s web browser. You can manage products, upload images, update prices and stock, manage orders and access other seller functions without needing a dedicated mobile app.

How much does it cost to become a seller?

New sellers can join through our Launch Offer at R49 per month for their first 3 months, with a maximum of 10 active products.

After the introductory period, sellers choose one of our regular memberships:

Basic — R100/month: up to 10 active products
Standard — R270/month: up to 50 active products
Premium — R400/month: up to 150 active products

Does KLiK AFRiKA charge commission?

Yes. KLiK AFRiKA charges a 5.5% marketplace commission on each successful sale, separate from the seller’s membership fee.

Who manages my products?

You do. Sellers manage their own product listings, prices, inventory and store information through their seller dashboard, subject to KLiK AFRiKA’s marketplace rules.

Who ships the products?

Individual sellers are responsible for fulfilling their customer orders according to the shipping options and requirements available through the marketplace.

When can sellers withdraw their earnings?

Eligible seller earnings become available for withdrawal according to KLiK AFRiKA’s withdrawal rules after the relevant order requirements have been met.

How can customers pay?

KLiK AFRiKA will provide secure online payment options at checkout. The final available payment methods will be displayed when placing an order.

Does KLiK AFRiKA offer Cash on Delivery?

No. Cash on Delivery will not be offered on the final KLiK AFRiKA marketplace. Orders must be paid through the available online payment methods.
